Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Waddle AI. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Waddle AI.

Waddle AI is a subscription-based social media content intelligence platform that generates personalised content plans using a proprietary framework called the Waddle Method. The platform is designed for solo founders, freelancers, and small business owners who want a structured, strategic approach to social media content.
The service is provided as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. You access it via a web browser at waddle.so.

You must create an account to use Waddle AI. When registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for any activity that takes place under your account.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account with anyone else or allow others to access the platform using your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us at hello@waddle.so immediately.
Each account is for a single user. If you wish to use Waddle AI for multiple businesses or clients, you will need separate accounts. Please contact us at hello@waddle.so if you have questions about multi-account arrangements.
Waddle AI is offered on a monthly subscription basis. The available tiers at the time of these terms are:
Prices and plan features are subject to change. We will give you at least 30 days notice before any price increase takes effect for your existing subscription.
Your subscription is billed monthly in advance on the same date each month. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
We may from time to time offer free trials of the platform. If a free trial is offered, the terms and duration will be made clear at the point of sign-up. At the end of a free trial, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the platform until that date. We do not offer partial-month refunds.
All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at hello@waddle.so within 14 days of the charge and we will investigate.
If a payment fails, we will notify you by email and attempt to collect payment again. If payment is not received within a reasonable period, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform.
You may use Waddle AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:
When you complete the onboarding questionnaire or provide any other input to the platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use that input solely for the purpose of generating and improving your content plan. You retain ownership of any content you provide.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you input does not infringe the intellectual property rights of others or violate any applicable law.
The content plans generated by Waddle AI are produced for your use in your own business. You own the output of your content plans and may use, publish, and adapt the suggested post ideas and captions freely.
Content plans are generated using artificial intelligence. While we work hard to make them high quality and relevant to your business, we do not guarantee that any specific piece of content will achieve particular results on social media. Content performance depends on many factors beyond our control.
All intellectual property in the Waddle AI platform, including the Waddle Method framework, the software, the design, the underlying algorithms, and all related documentation, belongs to Lumivox Design. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership of that intellectual property to you.
You retain ownership of all content and data you upload or input into the platform. By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep Waddle AI available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The platform may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We will endeavour to carry out planned maintenance outside of peak hours and to give advance notice where possible. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by planned or unplanned downtime.
Waddle AI is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumivox Design disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lumivox Design will not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lumivox Design and its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform in breach of these terms or applicable law.
Waddle AI integrates with third-party services including Supabase, Stripe, and the Anthropic Claude API. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us at hello@waddle.so to request account deletion. Upon termination, you will lose access to your content plans and account data, subject to our data retention obligations described in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if:
We may also terminate the platform entirely by giving you at least 30 days notice, in which case we will refund any prepaid subscription fees for the period following termination.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the new terms take effect. Your continued use of Waddle AI after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
If you do not accept the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and cancel your subscription.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of Waddle AI shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We would always prefer to resolve any disputes informally. If you have a concern, please contact us at hello@waddle.so in the first instance and we will do our best to reach a fair resolution.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision at any time does not constitute a waiver of that right.
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lumivox Design in relation to your use of Waddle AI.
